ABOUT TYCEN ANDERSON

NFL safety that was taken by the Cincinnati Bengals in 2022 during the fifth round. He was selected from the University of Toledo . Following the 2021 season, he was named to the First Team All-MAC.

He is a graduate of St. John's Jesuit High School and Academy in Toledo, Ohio. While in high school, he played football, basketball and ran track. He was a three-star recruit coming out of high school.

He made his NFL debut playing against the Arizona Cardinals during week-one of the 2022 preseason. He and the Bengals lost the game 36-23. As a draft prospect, he was highly regarded for his ability to play multiple positions in the secondary, including as a big nickel.

He was born and raised in the Toledo, Ohio area. He grew up living with his parents and his three siblings.
