ABOUT TYLER HAWS

Former college basketball player who became the second sophomore in BYU history to score 1,000 points in a season.

He broke 21 school records while attending Lone Peak High School.

He stopped playing basketball for two years after his freshman season to go on a church mission.

He is the son of former college player Marty Haws.

He is one of the top scorers in BYU history, along with Danny Ainge .
