ABOUT TYUS DWAYNE EDNEY SR.
Former professional point guard and coach who played for the Sacramento Kings , Boston Celtics and the Indiana Pacers during his career. Prior to being drafted, he played collegiate basketball at UCLA where he was named a member of the All-Pac-10 three times, won an NCAA championship in 1995 and was inducted UCLA Athletics Hall of Fame in 2009.
He graduated from Long Beach Polytechnic High School in 1991.
He began his professional coaching career in 2017 at his alma mater, UCLA.
He is a native of Gardena, California.
He is an alum of UCLA just like Baron Davis and Bill Walton .
