NFL third rounder who was originally drafted by the New Orleans Saints in 2025. Prior to being drafted, he played college football at the University of Texas . He primarily plays the position of defensive tackle.

He is a graduate of Cypress Ridge High School. At the time, he was considered a four-star prospect.

During his senior year at Cypress Ridge, he was named a finalist for the 2019 Watkins Award. The award is typically given to the top African American male high school scholar-athletes.

He was born and raised in the Houston, Texas area. He is married to his wife Camille.

He was a college teammates of Arch Manning while at Texas.
