Beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned the winner of the Miss Venezuela 1997 pageant, where she also won for Best Swimsuit. She went on to finish as the runner-up at Miss Universe 1998.

She hails from the Venezuelan state of Táchira.

She was the victim of a kidnapping in Valencia in 2003. She was returned safely after 3 hours.

She married Oscar Faria in 2012 and they have a daughter together named Sofía.

She and Cynthia Lander are both former Miss Venezuela winners.
