ABOUT VICTOR SIMõES

Striker who has gained fame playing for clubs all over the world, including for Belgian side Club Brugge between 2004-2006. He was named the 2007 Copa do Brasil's top scorer while leading Figueirense to the league title.

He played his youth soccer for Flamengo's youth academy between 1998-2001. He later made his professional debut for the club in 2001.

He led Al-Ahli to victory in the 2011 and 2012 King Cup of Champions. He was named the 2011-2012 Saudi Professional League's top scorer.

He was born and raised in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

He and Jefferson both rose to fame for their play for Botafogo.
