ABOUT VIKTOR KLIMA
Former Chancellor of Austria that served in this role for three years until the year 2000. Prior to being Chancellor, he worked as Austria's Minister of Finance and their Minister of Public Economy and Transport. He is a member of the Social Democratic Party.
He first began his political career in the year 1992. Previously, he worked at the OMV oil company for over 20 years.
Besides politics, he also has a passion for farming and agriculture. In fact, after retiring in the year 2011, he decided to establish a cattle farm. Klima became General Manager of Volkswagen's entire South American operations in mid-2006, and he was under contract until the year 2011.
Growing up, he lived with his parents in Schwechat, Austria. He now lives along with his own family in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
He is a native of Austria just like David Alaba .
