ABOUT VLADIMIR PADRINO LóPEZ
Politician who began serving as the Minister of Defense for the National Armed Forces of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela in 2014. He had been named the Commander-in-Chief of the Venezuelan Armed Forces in 2013.
He graduated from Bolivarian Military University of Venezuela in 1984.
He wrote the manual Preparation Process Operations which is used as a training guide for people preparing to join the Armed Forces.
