ABOUT WILLIAM HUGH JENNER

Celebrity family member who is remembered for having been the father of reality TV personality and former athlete Caitlyn Jenner . He worked in landscaping for a good portion of his career.

He served in the 5th ranger battalion that landed on Omaha Beach on D-Day.

For his service in World War II, he was the recipient of the Bronze Star, as well as Purple Heart medals. He participated in the Army Olympics during the war. Later in life, he worked for the Sierra Boat Co.

His children are Pamela J. Mettler, Caitlyn Jenner, and Lisa D. Jenner.

His daughter Caitlyn Jenner's step-daughter is Kim Kardashian .
