William Chidi Njoku

ABOUT WILLIAM CHIDI NJOKU

Former power forward and athlete that played basketball professionally for 14 years until retiring in the year 2007. During his career, he primarily played in leagues across several international regions such as France, Turkey, Portugal, Kosovo, Macedonia and the United States.

He is a graduate of Halifax West High School. Shortly after graduating, he then enrolled into Saint Mary's University.

Although he never played in an NBA game, he was selected as a second round by the Indiana Pacers during the 1994 NBA Draft. He was the 41st overall pick that year. He also played for the Canadian men's national team. He stands 6'10" tall and weighs 250 pounds.

Despite being born in Accra, Ghana he grew up living with his family in Canada.

He was selected during the 1994 NBA draft just like Glenn Robinson .
