ABOUT YOGESH BHATTARAI

Nepali politician who is the former Minister of Culture, Tourism, and Civil Aviation. He served in that capacity from July 2019 to December 2020. He also served in the House of Representatives representing the Taplejung District. He acts as secretary of the Communist Party of Nepal.

He attended Tribhuvan University.

In February 2020, he caused controversy by inviting all tourist to come visit Nepal and declared it a "corona-free zone."

He is married to Binda Ghimire.
