ABOUT YOUNG GURU

Music producer and DJ who received a 2011 Grammy Award nomination for the Alicia Keys and Jay-Z song 'Empire State of Mind.' He worked with numerous other artists, including Mariah Carey , Beyonce, and Rihanna.

As a teenager, he taught community classes on the history of Africa.

He served as DJ on an international tour that featured musicians Kanye West and Jay-Z.

He grew up in Delaware.

He produced albums for Method Man and many other artists.
