Yuriy Boyko

ABOUT YURIY BOYKO

Ukrainian politician and former Minister of Fuel and Energy who became the Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine in December 2012.

He graduated from the Moscow Institute of Chemical Technology in 1981.

In 2004 he received the title Hero of Ukraine and the Order of the State, for helping to develop the Ukrainian fuel and energy complex.

He has three sons and three daughters with his wife Vera.

He was born in Stalino Oblast, which was named in honour of Joseph Stalin .
